Big week. No doubt!

Well, you remember how it was a big deal that the Pats won the Super Bowl? Well. This week was an even bigger deal than that. In the sense of the kingdom of God anyways. :D

Elder & Sister Bennett

This week we had an exciting meeting with Elder Grant Bennett (an Area 70), his wife, and President & Sister Packard. It was AWESOME! President Packard introduced what we're doing a little bit, and then gave us the floor. We talked all about what we're doing, about how well everything is going, where we're going, all that jazz. We even showed them how fast we can find a potential investigator to Skype with (we found one in 4 minutes flat! - new record? I'd say so :P). They loved it.

At the end of the presentation, we did a brainstorm of how we can get members more involved in all that we are doing. He came up with some great ideas, and wants to have another meeting in a few weeks with a local Stake President and a few of the Bishops in the wards here in the Longfellow Park building. We could not be more exciting! It's amazing how the Lord is even hastening his work so quickly online! The fishbowl is on fire!

President Packard's News

We were in the MLC (Mission Leadership Conference) meeting (which is incredible by the way!). Where all of the Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders get together and set goals and plan for how we will achieve them as a mission. The spirit is incredibly strong in the meetings, you can just feel the Zion!

But anyways. President Packard was telling everyone about how exciting things are in the digital mission, and the meeting with Elder Bennett and things like that.

And then he paused for a minute.

And says. "Elders and Sisters - We now want to have ALL of you on the Digital Mission as extenders. We need to have you leading your zones, so we need you to be prepared to lead them digitally as well!

Wow! - That took us for a bit of a shock. We should have about 20 more companionships extending (working digitally part time) in the next two weeks or so.

We're so excited! Our workload also just increased through the roof though. But hey, we got dis.

Fruitful Areas!

We dipped in a bit to using Google+ (you know, that social network that most people don't even know exists) and things are looking up. We got a few people to video chat with us, and about 10 more who would like to do a call soon!

We currently have about 27-30ish websites that are actively being proselyted on. Remember when it was just Interpals? Oh man have we grown from here.

Too exciting.

Snow

We've gotten MORE snow this week. The snowbanks are about 6' tall now. It's really dangerous to drive! You can't see around the corners at all. We got about 6" more of snow yesterday - we have another storm that is set to hit hard Thursday - and another big one Monday. Does it ever stop? :P We've been red-dotted for the last 3 P-Days! It's been extremely boring!

I think that's about it. We just have a ton of work, lots of things to get ready. Couldn't be more excited though!
